This policy covers emersen-ai.com and the "Request a Demo" form. It does not cover the Emersen conversation product itself, which is governed by the client agreement and the data handling terms described on our Security & Trust page.

What we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect: your name, work email address, company name, role, company size, and anything you write in the free-text field. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, and follow up about Emersen. We do not use this information for any other marketing purpose without asking you first.

We do not sell it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

Who can see it

Only NICH+Culture team members involved in responding to demo requests. We do not share form submissions with any client, partner, or vendor.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship plus a reasonable retention period afterward for our own records. If nothing further happens after your inquiry, we aim to delete it within 24 months.

Your right to delete it

Email hello@emersen-ai.com at any time to request that we delete your information, and we will do so unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it (for example, an active engagement).
