These terms cover use of emersen-ai.com. Use of the Emersen product itself, and the handling of employee conversation data, is governed separately by the signed client agreement for each engagement and by our Security & Trust commitments.

Use of this site

This site is provided to inform you about Emersen and to let you request a conversation with our team. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information through the demo request form.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that every claim, statistic, or feature description is free of error.

Intellectual property

The Emersen name, the NICH Employee Experience Framework, and the content of this site are the property of NICH+Culture and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
